Individualized Treatment for Adults 18+


I work collaboratively with clients to determine specific therapy needs and goals. Creating a treatment plan with research-based approaches while integrating both mind and body techniques is important to me. Your personalized treatment plan will be continuously evaluated and discussed with you as I strive to empower clients throughout the therapeutic process


Treatment Modalities

Below is a summary of the therapeutic modalities I most commonly use throughout treatment. All treatment modalities are currently offered in-person and via telehealth.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based, talk therapy approach commonly used to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self worth, relationship struggles and more. CBT focuses on pinpointing distorted thought patterns, finding evidence against those thoughts and replacing the distortions with more rational thoughts, positive emotions and constructive behaviors.

Inner Child Healing

Inner child healing is a trauma-informed, Jungian approach  deeply rooted in honest exploration, acceptance, self-love and self-compassion. Inner child healing acknowledges the impact that traumatic childhood experiences have on current adult behaviors and focuses on healing childhood trauma by identifying unmet needs and re-parenting ourselves. 

EMDR Trauma Therapy

Different than traditional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a neuro-biological treatment used to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, phobias and more by reprocessing mental blocks, desensitizing distressing memories and replacing negative thoughts with more positive thoughts.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn integrating the exploration of thoughts, emotions and behaviors with body awareness, mindfulness meditation and yoga. MBSR can be used together with other therapeutic approaches to significantly lower symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, grief and insomnia as well as overall stress reduction.

Still Rooted Therapy, LLC is not currently in-network with any insurance companies. If you have insurance with out-of-network therapy benefits, a monthly invoice can be provided to you to submit to your insurance company.
